Charu Thomas, Founder, CEO and CTO of Ox, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman, focusing on long-term strategy and guiding the company's vision at a board level. Thomas started the company with a vision to transform warehouse operations through wearable devices and AI-driven solutions, overseeing the company’s growth from an idea to a leader in warehouse software. Her move to the Executive Chairman role marks a new phase for Ox, strengthening its commitment to growth and innovation.
Tanner Green, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Ox, will assume the role of CEO, effective immediately. Green has been instrumental in shaping Ox’s product strategy, fostering partnerships, and leading initiatives that have propelled Ox’s growth in the warehouse software industry. As CEO, he will focus on scaling operations, advancing Ox's product suite, and deepening customer and partner relationships.
Joel Sporleder, formerly Vice President of Engineering, will take on the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over 25 years of experience driving digital transformation and innovation within retail and supply chain technology, Sporleder brings deep and technical expertise to his new role. He will lead Ox’s engineering and technology strategy, ensuring continued advancement and development of scalable, AI-driven warehouse solutions.
