Tanner's journey began with a fascination for design's ability to shape culture, inspired by visionaries like Steve Jobs, Shepard Fairey, and Virgil Abloh. His early ventures in design for Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial pursuits cultivated a drive to create impactful solutions. Joining Ox as the first employee in 2019, he found his calling in supply chain and wearable technology.

Brent Sperry, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ox, brings a wealth of experience in technology operations and leadership. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the United States Navy, he has honed his skills in strategic planning, operational excellence, and team management. Before joining Ox, Brent served as the Senior Director of Technology Operations at Walmart, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes and driving innovation through technology. His expertise in IoT and AI services was further demonstrated during his tenure as the Vice President of IoT and AI Services at NCR.
As the COO of Ox, Brent leverages his expertise to lead the operations team, ensuring seamless execution of the company's vision and mission. With a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement, he plays a crucial role in driving Ox's success in delivering cutting-edge human centered automation solutions.
